The Challenges of Caring for Older HIV/AIDS Patients

Anti-retroviral therapy has dramatically increased the life expectancy of people with HIV. But, the disease and its treatment complicates — and in some cases, hastens — heart disease, diabetes and other factors, posing a challenge for patients and caregivers.
